General Refund Policy

Orders, which include items not regularly stocked and items ordered specifically at your request, require prepayment in full. If extenuating circumstances occur, contact Rudy rudyk@maconarmory.com for refund consideration. Products that are custom-configured or special-ordered from manufacturers. Items that are not part of our regular stock or inventory. If you cancel a special order after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable, and no refund will be issued.

Custom Uppers

For custom firearm orders, which involve uppers that are specifically built or modified to your specifications, prepayment in full is required with a 20% restocking fee if cancelled. Order Cancellations: Accessories: Once accessories are shipped, they cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of damage or incorrect shipment.

Refund Process

If a refund is eligible (for damaged or defective products, or order cancellations where applicable), it will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7–10 business days.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable: Custom uppers or items made to order. Special orders, unless the product is defective or damaged during transit. Items that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return. If a return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a return or refund, please follow these steps: Contact us at sales@maconarmory.com, or call Rudy at 478 474-2990 within 15 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and a description of the issue. For defective or damaged products, please provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.

For special or custom orders, the non-refundable deposit will be noted at the time of purchase, and no refund will be issued unless the product is defective.
